Method - Stirred - Cold

Splash bitter into glass,
Add agave syrup.
Pour in two shots of white tequila.
Fill glass with ice.
Garnish old fashioned glass with lemon peel.

Stirred with 60ml tequila blanco teremana and 10ml bitters with 10ml agave syrup as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just splash bitter into glass, then add agave syrup and pour in two shots of white tequila. Fill glass with ice and garnish old fashioned glass with lemon peel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
