Blackberry Colada is very enjoyable average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml blackberry liqueur and 30ml rum light white with 30ml coconut cream as well as 20ml blackberry pulp including 30ml pineapple juice also 20ml blackberry syrup together with 80ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until grainy. Pour into glass and garnish with blackberries and served in a poco grande glass cold.
