Method
  1. Place half the ice into glass.
  2. Pour in shot of honey liqueur.
  3. Add blob of blackberry plup.
  4. Add more ice to glass.
  5. Float lemon soda on top.
  6. Drop in one quokka tear.
  7. Heavenly

Black Swan is heavenly medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml honey liqueur karri and 10ml blackberry pulp with 60ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place half the ice into glass then pour in shot of honey liqueur and add blob of blackberry plup. Add more ice to glass and float lemon soda on top and drop in one quokka tear and served in a highball glass cold.
