Black Spice is luscious average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml cognac paul giraud and 30ml apple juice with 40ml ginger ale soda as well as 190ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place the ice into glass then add in the apple juice and pour in the cognac. Top glass with ginger ale soda and served in a highball glass cold.
