Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Almond Liqueur - Almond Liqueur flavoured from almonds and aged in alcohol.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Bitters Orange - Orange bitters is a form of bitters a cocktail flavoring made from the peels of Seville oranges cardamom caraway seed coriander and burnt sugar in an alcohol base.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Maraschino Cherry - Maraschino cherries are a preserved sweetened cherry typically made from light colored sweet cherries such as the royal ann or rainier or gold varieties.

Black Orange Manhattan is reviving very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky black gate and 15ml almond liqueur with 35ml orange juice as well as 10ml bitters orange including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Strain into glass and garnish with maraschino cherry and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
