Black Opal is restoring light in flavour cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml galliano and 10ml coffee brew moccona espresso with 210ml water hot and best when a coffee is needed. Just add coffee into glass then stri in the hot water and add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste. Float Galliano on top and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with whipped cream and served in a coffee glass warm.
