Method - Stirred - Cold

Add the ice into large glass.
Pour in the peg of rum and juice.
Add in the sparkling white wine.

Rum Spiced - Spiced rums obtain their flavors through the addition of spices and sometimes caramel and may or may not be aged.

Guava Juice - Juice from the tropical fruits guava pulped a made into a fine juice.

Biva is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum spiced and 30ml guava juice with 110ml sparkling wine white as well as 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add the ice into large glass then pour in the peg of rum and juice and add in the sparkling white wine and served in a goblet glass cold.
