Bitter Sweet Classic is delicieux quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml kummel liqueur hardenberg and 15ml vermouth dry carpano with 10ml absinthe tamborine mountain as well as 10ml anise liqueur allens including 10ml bitters orange abc also 30ml water gum together with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and slowly stir well until mixed. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
