Method - Shaken - Cold

Place half the ice into shake
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Quick shake.
Pour everything into glass.
Pack more ice cubes into glass.

Vodka Zubrowka - Zubrowka bison grass vodka using harvested bison grass is then used to flavour the spirit with a single blade left in each bottle and quite an aromatic vodka.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Bitter Bison is freshening robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml vodka zubrowka and 30ml vermouth sweet with 15ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place half the ice into shake then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and quick shake. Pour everything into glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
