Method
  1. Put ice cubes into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less whipped cream.
  3. Shake the hell out of it.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Add a little whipped cream on top.

Bicerin is moreish strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml chocolate liqueur bicerin and 30ml coffee liqueur soplica with 30ml milk as well as 100ml ice and best when a coffee is needed. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less whipped cream and shake the hell out of it. Strain into glass and add a little whipped cream on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
