Beau is comestible strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka and 30ml rhubarb liqueur organic spirits aps with 30ml cream hot and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just heat cream and serving glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and pour all ingredients into mixing glass. Stir well until mixed and drop rhubarb pulp into center of glass and strain into glass over pulp and served in a martini glass warm.
