Method - Stirred - Cold

Please ice into large glass.
Pour in the rum and liqueur.
Add a spalsh of lime juice.
Stir in the soda water.

Rum Spiced Tanduay - Tanduay Spiced Rum is made from sugarcane and tropical fruits and with a light hint of spices.

Rum Spiced Tanduay

Palm Liqueur - Palm liquor made from coconut or nipa palm sap.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Bataan is thirst quenching average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum spiced tanduay and 15ml palm liqueur with 15ml lime juice as well as 110ml soda water including 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just please ice into large glass then pour in the rum and liqueur and add a spalsh of lime juice. Stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
