Basque Mojito is savoureux strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml izarra green and 15ml rum light white wray and nephew with 15ml lime juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add half the mint to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Quick shake to mix and pour all into glass and top glass with ice and soda water and garnish with mint and served in a highball glass cold.
