Method
  1. Add absinthe to center of glass.
  2. Roll absinthe around inside of glass.
  3. Pour in the white wine.
  4. Add the mineral water.
  5. Add cheese and grapes on the side.

Basel is kostliche average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 90ml wine white petite arvine and 10ml absinthe butterfly with 50ml soda water mineral and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add absinthe to center of glass then roll absinthe around inside of glass and pour in the white wine. Add the mineral water and add cheese and grapes on the side and served in a wine glass cold.
