Method - Poured - Cold

Stick min to the inside of glass.
Add ice to glass.
Pour in shot of lambanog.
Add tamarind syrup.
Top with coconut water.

Built with 30ml lambanog infanta and 10ml tamarind syrup with 10ml calamansi syrup as well as 50ml coconut water including 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just stick min to the inside of glass then add ice to glass and pour in shot of lambanog. Add tamarind syrup and top with coconut water and served in a highball glass cold.
