Bara Brith is luscious medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum gold amber vitae spirits and 30ml orange liqueur iseo with 30ml custard vanilla as well as 100ml cake fruit and best with dessert type dishes. Just place layer of cake into bottom of glass then pour in gold rum and add layer of custard. Place another layer of fruit cake and add candied orange on top and sprinkle orange liqueur on top and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
