Stirred with 120ml apple cider and 120ml beer brew ale golden with 30ml whisky sullivans cove 18year as well as 20ml ginger syrup and best with lunch. Just place the whiskey into glass then add the ginger syrup and stir in the apple cider. Top with ale and served in a highball glass cold.
