Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until chilled.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with apple and crispy bacon.

Bacon Beacon is delectable quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka bacon and 15ml brandy apple beacon with 45ml apple juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until chilled. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with apple and crispy bacon and served in a martini glass cold.
