Azzurine is bitter smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaro and 30ml grapefruit juice with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just place the ice into a rocks glass then add local amaro and pour in grapfruit juice. Top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
