Method - Poured - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Pour in soda water.
Sprinkle averna on top.
Garnish with orange zest knot.

Amaro Averna - Averna Amaro is a digestif amaro invented in 1868 it is primarily citrus flavored but also contains other herbs and roots and with caramel.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Averna And Soda is bitter average cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaro averna and 60ml soda water with 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks.
