Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Pour bundaberg rum over ice.
Pour in lemon juice.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with squeezed lemon wedge.

Rum Bundaberg - Bundaberg Rum is a dark rum produced in Bundaberg it is often referred to as Bundy.

Lemonade Juice - Juice from the lemonade fruit with a sweet tasting citric acid level cross between a mandarin orange and a lemon. AKA Darwins Citrus Juice.

Ginger Ale Soda - Ginger ale is a carbonated soft drink flavoured with ginger.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemonade - Lemonade Citrus limettioides fruit has a similar appearance to a lime but yellows as it ripens. The fruit is segmented and low in acid content giveing it a sweet taste. The lemonade fruit is a hybrid citrus fruit cross between a mandarin orange and a lemon AKA Darwins Citrus.

Australian Buck is yummy average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum bundaberg and 10ml lemonade juice with 60ml ginger ale soda as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then pour bundaberg rum over ice and pour in lemon juice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with squeezed lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
