Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with marinated artichoke.

Artichoke Martini is mouth watering full strength cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin poltergeist and 15ml vermouth dry with 15ml amaro cynar as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with marinated artichoke and served in a martini glass cold.
