Method - Poured - Cold

Add half the ice to glass.
Pour in mulberry flavoured tapioca balls.
Top with ice.
Add shot of gin to glass.
Top with mulberry cider.
Garnish with two stalked mulberries.

Gin Myers - Myers gin includes a generous amount of white asparagus and malt and hops are also added resulting in a fantastically unusual tipple.

Tapioca Ball Mulberry - Tapioca balls flavoured with mulberry also called tapioca mulberry pearls or mulberry boba or bubble.

Mulberry Cider - Mulberry Cider is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented juice of mulberries with a light purple color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Mulberry - Mulberry a small deciduous tree with broad leaves native to East Asia and long cultivated elsewhere with the dark red or white fruit of the mulberry.

Armed Neutrality is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin myers and 15ml tapioca ball mulberry with 55ml mulberry cider as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to glass then pour in mulberry flavoured tapioca balls and top with ice. Add shot of gin to glass and top with mulberry cider and garnish with two stalked mulberries and served in a highball glass cold.
