Apple Chin is tasteful quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky nikka and 20ml apple juice with 10ml honey as well as 40ml sparkling wine white including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less sparkling wine and shake well. Strain into glass and top with sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
