Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Mix well.
Pour into glass over ice.

Aperol - Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in color it has a unique bitter sweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Lime Syrup - Lime syrup is great as an addition to many dessert dishes and as an accompaniment to certain drinks needing a zesty lift.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Aperol Schumann is delish diluted cocktail at 0.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml aperol and 30ml lemon juice with 30ml orange juice as well as 10ml lime syrup including 190ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
