Method - Poured - Cold

Pace ice into glass.
Pour in campari.
Add in the sweet vermouth.
Garnish with lemon zest.

Campari - Campari is an capsicum liqueur considered an aparitif obtained from the infusion of extract of capsicum herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterised by its dark red colour.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Just pace ice into glass then pour in campari and add in the sweet vermouth and garnish with lemon zest and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
