Amarula Coffee Surprise is nectareous diluted cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amarula cream and 150ml coffee brew with 10ml sugar brown and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm glass then brew coffee and add amarula cream to glass. Add coffee and brown sugar and add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste then optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and works with a apricot pasrty and top with whipped cream and served in a coffee glass warm.
