Almond Syrup Torani

20ml

Lemon Juice

40ml

Soda Water

290ml

Ice

9% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Pack glass with ice.
Add the rest of the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Shake well.
Pour into glass over ice.
Top with soda.
Qustoso

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Amaretto Fizz is qustoso medium cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml almond liqueur amaretto bols and 10ml almond syrup torani with 20ml lemon juice as well as 40ml soda water including 290ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just pack glass with ice then add the rest of the ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and pour into glass over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
