Ouzo Zorbas - Zorbas ouzo distilled and bottled in Tirnavos region the birthplace of ouzo.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Alopekis is tasteful hair of the dog light in flavour cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml ouzo zorbas and 230ml soda water with 30ml lemon juice and served for or with tiffins. Just add ouzo to glass then top with soda water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
