All Up 2U is restoring robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin yuzu ukiyo and 10ml soda water with 30ml pear nashi as well as 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just cut nashi pear into brunoise then add pear brunoise to glass and add ice to bar mixing glass. Pour in gin and splash of soda and stir well until mixed and strain into glass over nashi pear and garnsih with candied yuzu peel and served in a martini glass cold.
