Alize Blue is terheqese quite strong cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 60ml cognac alize bleu and 60ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just chill glass then fill glass with shaved ice and pour blue alize cognac over ice and served in a saucer glass cold.
