Method - Shaken - Cold

In a tumbler glass add ice cubes.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake.
Pour into glass over ice.

Amarula Cream - Amarula is a cream liqueur made with sugar cream and the fruit of the Marula tree also called the Elephant Tree or Marriage Tree.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Africa Colada is comestible full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml amarula cream and 15ml rum gold amber with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 15ml coconut cream including 10ml cherry blossom liqueur luxe brew also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just in a tumbler glass add ice cubes then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
