Method - Poured - Cold

Put the ice cubes into glass.
Add in amaro.
Pour in a splash of lemon juice.
Top with ginger beer.

Amaro Cardamaro - Cardamaro vino amaro and is primarily flavored with cardoon and blessed thistle.

Amaro Cardamaro

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ginger Beer - Ginger beer is a sweetened and carbonated usually non alcoholic beverage using ginger spice yeast and sugar.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

A Highball for Monte is geschmackvollen light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaro cardamaro and 10ml lemon juice with 60ml ginger beer as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just put the ice cubes into glass then add in amaro and pour in a splash of lemon juice. Top with ginger beer and served in a highball glass cold.
